Installing
- Run the file you downloaded.
- If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows this for programs it has not seen many times before.
- Choose where the history is kept and what to call this PC. See getting started.
- Windows asks for permission once, to install PawnIO for processor temperatures. Choose Yes for those readings, or No to go without them.
Updating
The report tells you when a newer version is out: click Update at the top and it updates itself, without asking for permission. You can also download the newest version here and run it. Your history, history folder and settings are kept.

Vitals includes the following free, open source software, unmodified. Each keeps its own copyright and licence.

PawnIO source code. PawnIO is free software under the GNU General Public License, which lets anyone pass it on as long as its source code is offered too. The source of the version included: PawnIO 2.2.0 and PawnIO modules 0.2.11. Its authors also publish it at github.com/namazso/PawnIO.
