Each PC's record sits in your own cloud folder, not inside the PC, so a new PC carries it on.

One report adds up any choice of PCs, over any period, back to the first day any of them counted.

Vitals includes TrafficMonitor, unmodified, as its meter by the clock. What it adds is the history kept outside the PC, the recorder and the report.
